Before design even begins, we do extensive research to understand your market, including competition, ideal guest avatar, and revenue potential. We create a comprehensive strategy report that serves as the foundation for every design decision moving forward. Once you've reviewed your report, you'll meet directly with our founder, Brianna, to refine the overall strategy for the property.
Market Research & Strategy Report
Our team creates your custom design plan in a 5 day sprint: including elevated design concepts, curated furnishings, finishes when included, amenity recommendations, detailed floor plans, and guest-focused details. Every recommendation is intentionally selected to balance aesthetics, durability, functionality, guest experience, and long-term performance.
Design Development
Once your design is complete, we'll present your full design plan, including all interior and exterior spaces, curated furnishings, and experience-driven details. You'll have the chance to provide feedback so we can fine-tune any details before implementation. After revisions are complete and final payment is received, you'll receive your complete design package, including all final design boards, your shopping list, and all supporting materials needed to execute the project.

Most projects should budget between $15–$25+ per square foot for furnishings, décor, and styling to ensure we are not sacrificing quality, durability, or the guest experience. This budget does not include renovations, construction costs, or high-ticket amenities such as hot tubs, saunas, pools, or pickleball courts.
The earlier, the better! Ideally, we become involved before construction, renovations, or major purchasing decisions are made. Early planning often saves clients significant time, money, and costly mistakes. For turnkey properties, we recommend reaching out as soon as you go under contract so we can begin planning while you're in escrow. Our turnaround is quick, but the sooner you get us involved the sooner your property will be listed and ready for guests to enjoy.

We provide a clear roadmap for implementation and can also connect clients with trusted procurement and installation partners when needed. For Full-Service Design projects, we currently operate within the U.S. For Virtual Design projects, we work with clients worldwide.
Our design process is intentionally streamlined for efficiency. Once your project begins, most virtual design packages are completed within our signature five-day design sprint, followed by a review period and final deliverables.
